## About the park

Peace Arch Provincial Park is unique in BC’s system of Provincial Parks. Its location abuts the 49th parallel, in southwestern British Columbia and is contiguous with and closely tied to the State of Washington’s Peace Arch State Park. Located at the Peace Arch Border crossing, where US Interstate 5 ends and BC Highway 99 begins, the park is the first thing vehicle travelers see as they enter Canada.
